UNSIGNED BANDS WANTED for AYRPLAY – Burns Showcase for New Bands Competition 2010.
This is it. Your chance to enter Scotland’s greatest battle of the band contest; giving your band the chance to break into the local music scene and ultimately onto the world’s music stage.
More than 40 bands will be selected to take part in AYRPLAY. From each weekly performance 2 bands will be chosen on a ‘text to win’ and judges vote basis - until just 6 bands battle it out to win in the final at the burns an’ a’ that! Festival Club in Ayr Town Hall on Thursday May 27th to more than 500 music fans.
The competition will be held at The Eagle Tavern, Prestwick kicking off on Tuesday 23rd February.
