1. AYRPLAY Text to Vote competition is open to all residents of the UK.

2. Winning bands will be available to view on www.ayrplay.co.uk

3. Texts cost £0.50 + the standard network rate. An incorrect SMS entry will still be charged at the operators' standard rate.

4. The band with the most votes from each performance will go through to the next round and decision is final.

5. A maximum of 2 votes from each mobile telephone number can be submitted.

6. Text to Vote for the competition Quarter Final and Semi Final ends at Midnight on each Wednesday following the band’s performance (ie. Band performs on Tuesday 16th February, the votes will stop on Wednesday 17th February at midnight and dates thereafter).

7. Texts set outside the competition voting period may not be counted but could be charged.

8. The organizer of AYRPLAY – Burns Showcase for New Bands Competition will only use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.

The AYRPLAY competition is administered by Liz Hobbs Group in conjunction with the Burns Festival and is subject to the law of Scotland.
