AYRPLAY – BURNS SHOWCASE FOR NEW BANDS COMPETITION 2008

Terms and Conditions
1.         AYRPLAY Text to Vote competition is open to all residents of the UK.
2.         All entries must be submitted by text message as specified in the AYRPLAY promotional literature.
3.         Winning bands will be available to view on www.burnsfestival.com
4.         Texts cost £0.50 + the standard network rate.  An incorrect SMS entry will still be charged at the operators' standard rate.
5.         The band with the most votes from each performance will go through to the next round and decision is final.
6.         Text to Vote for the competition ends each Friday following performances at 00:01.
7.         AYPLRAY will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.  

The AYRPLAY competition is administered by Liz Hobbs Group in conjunction with the
Burns Festival and is subject to the law of England, Wales and Scotland.
